WATERJET PROFILE CUTTING
Will cut 99% of known materials, with quality finish, no heat effected zone, and Environmentally friendly.
 

LASER PROFILE CUTTING
Laser cutting machines can accurately produce complex exterior contours. The laser beam is 0.2 mm in diameter, and 3kW will cut upto 15 mm mild steel.
 

OXY-FUEL PROFILE CUTTING
Using a propane oxygen mix, we can cut upto 200 mm thick mild steel, providing high volumes of profiles from 8 mm to 120 mm, from our wide stock range.
 

FABRICATION SHOP
Sheet metal bending using our CNC Edwards Pearson 3050 x 150 tonne pressbrake. Fabrication of sheet metal electrical boxes, to heavy structual steelwork, installation if required.

Full CNC shearing, and horizontal bending, robotic welding
