From junction 27 M5, take the Tiverton Link Road for 250 metres, take the slip road for Sampford Peverell,

At the top of the slip road take the second exit from the roundabout, crossing the bridge,

At the second roundabout, take the third exit towards Ayshford, once on this road we are the first premises on the left hand side.
